Women's Empowerment Workshops
Benefit from the powerful dynamic and support of a group of people committed to similar interests as you. Workshops are held the 3rd Monday and 3rd Saturday of each month.
Positive Perception Empowerment Workshop (2 1/2 hours) Saturday Workshop 12pm-2:30pm
The Positive Perception Empowerment Workshop is an intimate 2 1/2-hour interactive and motivational workshop that empowers women to discover their full potential, understand who they really are, build solid-self esteem and learn real life strategies and skills needed to be happy, successful and in control of their lives. In this workshop we will cover self actualization, attitude modification, mind power: the thought process and so much more! This workshop is for women who want to build their self esteem or discover their life purpose. It's also about helping to empower women to develop their inner confidence that will enable them to approach life boldly. The goal of this workshop is to empower women to develop a positive perception and reconnect with themselves.
Strategic Life Planning (2 hours) Monday Workshop 6pm-8pm
“To get where you need to go you must first know where you are.”
Our ideal Strategic Life Planning attendee is someone who is at a point in their life where they want to get their life in order or want to make a plan for their future. A Strategic Life Plan is like a business plan for your life. It is the guide that you will use to fulfill your purpose, see your vision come to fruition and accomplish your life goals. It is a dynamic document and one that should be reviewed every day. It is a personal document and one that should not be taken lightly or shared frivolously. This process may take hours, days, weeks and for some years to complete. It is our hope that at the end of this workshop it will empower and guide attendees in the right direction to enable them to complete their Strategic Life Plan sooner rather than later.
